Building an award-winning model for internal comms

Over the past two years, BIG has worked with Business Gateway to shape and deliver a strategic approach to internal communications. Initially focused on a major service redesign, our work evolved to support ongoing projects and improve engagement between Business Gateway National Unit (BGNU) and the wider network. We developed a series of clear, engaging mailers to explain the change, advised on tone and content, and acted as a ‘critical friend’ during the first in-person workshop to ensure alignment across teams. We also led the planning of virtual townhalls, which included securing speakers, managing event flow and ensuring clear, consistent messaging throughout.
